Moroccan food is very popular at the moment and this blend has become a favourite, not only of mine but of many of my customers. It’s a simple blend yet highly aromatic and delicious with lots of freshly ground cumin seeds and black pepper with ginger and sweet paprika.
Ideal for slow-cooked tagines (or casseroles) or use as a rub for chicken, beef, lamb, pork or even tofu. Also add to rice, couscous or yoghurt.
