Kashmiri Rub

Inspired by the rich and tasty food from Kashmir in northern India, this is one of my favourite blends.  Sprinkle over chicken, lamb or beef, leave to marinate (if you have time), then grill, fry or barbecue for a quick and easy taste sensation.
