Peppery BBQ Rub

If you love pepper like I do, you’ll fall head over heals with this blend, and you don’t have to wait to have a barbeque!

Add a little oil and pack onto a steak for the best pepper steak you’ve ever tasted. Or sprinkle over vegetables, fish, chicken, pork, beef or lamb – just about anything you’d add pepper to.

Ingredients: black, white, green and pink peppercorns, cumin, ginger, garlic, mint, parsley and a touch of chilli.
