Baharat (Turkish Baharat)

Baharat, meaning spices in Arabic, is used all over the Middle East and can come in many guises. Spice Fusion’s Baharat is inspired by Turkish blends and includes dried mint and eight other spices.
Try sprinkling it over a leg of lamb, lamb chops, backstraps or kebabs, use to season fish, chicken and beef. Also delicious with chickpeas and vegetables.
