Almond & Coconut Dukkah

This is a sweet dukkah with toasted shredded coconut and sesame seeds, roasted almonds, freshly-ground cinnamon and a little brown sugar and vanilla sugar.

Sprinkle over:

• Ice cream – even better with some topping
• Strawberries (and cream, if you’re allowed)
• Bananas and custard
• Cereals, Porridge and Muesli with a drizzle of honey
• Yoghurt
• Sweet pies (before baking)
• Apple strudel

Or eat it straight from the jar!
