The Arabian Peninsula includes Yemen, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and parts of Jordan and Iraq.

My Arabian Biz’har (spice blend) has been created to reflect the cuisines of this vast area by blending a very special combination of spices, including Loomi (dried limes) imported from the Middle East, which add a subtle citrusy flavour to your dishes.
