Grilled or barbecued fish fillets and mushrooms marinated in the usual Tandoori ingredients of
yoghurt, garlic, ginger and lemon juice. The difference, of course, is my Tandoori Masala which
has more flavour than you can poke a stick at!
2-4 pieces of Rockling or similar white fish fillets
2-4 field mushrooms
2 tbsp Spice Fusion Tandoori Masala
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 cup natural Greek-style yoghurt
squeeze of lemon juice
Combine garlic, ginger, Tandoori Masala, yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon juice in a bowl or jug and mix well.
Place fish and mushrooms in a non-metallic dish then add the yoghurt mixture, ensuring each piece of
fish and mushroom is well coated.
Heat the grill or barbecue to very hot then cook the fish and mushrooms until browned and cooked through.
