Mix Chermoula Spice with olive oil, add a little chilli powder if you want some heat, brush onto
chicken pieces or fillets, then oven bake. So simple yet so tasty!
4 chicken Marylands, skin removed
3 tbsp Spice Fusion Chermoula Spice blend
½-1 tsp chilli powder (or harissa)
Extra virgin olive oil
Combine Chermoula Spice blend and chilli powder with enough oil to make a thick paste.
Rub the paste all over the chicken (wear disposable gloves, as turmeric stains your hands).
Place on a greased oven tray in preheated 180ºC oven until
cooked through, turning once and basting regularly.
