Marinate your favourite fish (whole or filleted) with Chermoula Spice blended with fresh herbs,
onion, garlic and lemon juice. So good.
2 large fish fillets or one whole fish
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Spice Fusion Chermoula Spice blend
Approx. ½ cup lemon juice
½ cup each of coriander leaves and parsley leaves, chopped
1 red chilli, finely chopped (optional)
Mix garlic, onion, Chermoula Spice blend, lemon juice, coriander and parsley together.
Rub over fish, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for an hour or more, if possible.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over fish, then bake in a moderate oven until cooked through.
